Supporting Global Leadership Development Programme at UCLAN
We at PEP Enterprise are thrilled to support the Global Leadership Development Programme by University of Central Lancashire. This free initiative, designed for those seeking asylum and refugees, aligns perfectly with our mission to advocate for equity and elevate the voices of the Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) community.
Leadership is the foundation of meaningful change. Through this programme, participants will gain essential skills such as effective communication, conflict resolution, and team empowerment, equipping them to lead with confidence and purpose.
This initiative reflects our shared vision: a world where diverse leadership fosters equity and opportunity for all.
Dates: 18th – 20th February 2025
Location: UCLan’s Preston Campus
