Welcome to PEP Enterprise

PEP (People Empowering People) began with a shared mission to break down barriers and empower Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) communities. Its founder, Hameeda Khan, drew on her personal experiences to shape this vision. Growing up as a second-generation British Pakistani, Hameeda witnessed first-hand the challenges faced by her community. Her passion for advocacy grew from a desire to create change for others.

Listening closely to the needs of these women, Hameeda led the development of bespoke and tailored courses, bridging the gaps the community had identified.

Our Voice

A new digital space dedicated to empowering and amplifying the voices of those from ethnic minority communities. We have created a platform for members of Global Ethnic Minority (GEM) communities to share their stories, experiences, and contributions that are often overlooked in mainstream media and public discourse.

GEM communities face exclusion not only in employment and educational opportunities but also from the broader global and historical narratives.

Our Voice fills this gap by providing a space where GEM communities can share their stories, highlight their achievements, and correct the misconceptions that too often persist.
