PEP’s CEO and Founder, Hameeda Khan, recently celebrated graduating from the Action Learning Leadership programme.

The programme brought together inspiring GEM leaders who are each driving change within their own organisations and communities. Through this experience, participants engaged with organisations such as ITV, BBC, the IOPC, KPMG, and others, helping to build meaningful relationships and gain valuable insights to support greater representation where it matters most.
