Our “Back to Employment” scheme empowered 14 participants to complete 10 hours of voluntary work, paving the way for remarkable outcomes. Through this initiative, three individuals secured full-time employment, while another three took the next step in their journey by enrolling in college to enhance their skills. Additionally, seven participants signed up for business development programs, eager to advance their entrepreneurial aspirations.
To ensure success, we provided one-to-one employment support in collaboration with Accrington Jobcentre, helping participants navigate their pathways toward fulfilling careers. This initiative demonstrated the power of community support in encouraging resilience and creating lasting change!
