Welcome to PEP Enterprise. We’re a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to building a brighter future by fostering inclusion, driving integration and empowering marginalised communities. Our mission is to help people reach their potential and to create leadership roles for those lacking representation. PEP was founded in 2019 by Hameeda Khan-Davey in Lancashire, and our grassroots organisation is all about ‘people empowering people.’ Through innovative projects and services rooted in lived experience, we’re creating meaningful leadership opportunities and driving positive change.
